From Sparks To Flames: TMAers Pursue Their Passions

TMAers from around the globe came together in Dallas on October 16, 2013 to experience   Sparks, a day-long celebration of our people and culture to commemorate the agency's 20th birthday and to spark the passions of all TMAers.

To help turn our sparks into flames, CEO Ray Clark generously offered every TMA employee up to $150 for 6 lessons/sessions to further our interests and passions.

He considers it an investment in innovative thinking.

"One of my biggest concerns is how to sustain a people-and-culture-first organization when the rest of the business world seems to care less and less about either,” Ray told the   Dallas Morning News. “Companies are doing whatever it takes to get that bottom line.  People and culture are way down their lists.  I’m doing the opposite."

More than 100 employees took Ray up on his offer after Sparks.  Here are some of the lessons/activities that TMAers participated in:
