Got Klout? American Airlines is offering one-day access passes to their first class Admirals Club lounge for those with high Klout scores. Go to www.aa.com/klout to get your Klout treatment.
TMA Digital developed the promotion for American Airlines through a partnership with Klout, which allows influencers with a Klout score over 55 to access the airline’s Admirals Clubs in 22 different cities, regardless of whether or not they’re flying American (Klout scores are measured on a scale or 1-100; for reference, Barack Obama has a 99 and Justin Bieber has a score of 92).
To take advantage of the perk, Klout users need to go to American Airlines’ promotion site and connect their Klout account. Once connected, you can download your lounge voucher if you qualify. It’s valid for use until the end of July too, across AA’s 37 international Admirals Clubs.
Not quite at the 55 mark? American still wants you to be a winner. With a Klout score of 54 or less, you receive $50 off a one-year Admirals Club membership and are entered to win a free one-year membership. After registering, you’ll be prompted to share your activity on social media with the
#AdmiralsClub tag. If you agree to do so, you receive an extra entry into the sweepstakes.
The promotion has received over 21 million impressions on Twitter in just the first few days, and it runs through May 31.
