2017 has been a banner year for The Marketing Arm. We have won nearly 40 industry awards, including 7 Cannes Lions, 11 PRO Awards, 8 Reggie Awards, 4 EX Awards, and 5 Effie Awards. Some notable campaigns from the past year include our AT&T FanDome, Nissan Diehard Fan Experience, and Nintendo Switch Preview Tour.
We have brought on more than 200 new employees, and have grown our Dallas office by over 7%. Additionally, we have expanded our services, including the addition of an in-house production studio in our Dallas office to create world-class video content and help our clients tell stories, connect with consumers, and thrive.
We also added a Music capability, hiring Young Guru, Jay-Z’s sound engineer, as our Chief Music Strategist, which has heightened our partnerships between music and business in the last year.
2017 was an important year for TMA’s Influencer Marketing capability. Our agency streamlined organizational strategy, improved operational efficiency, and helped shape our capability from a “nice to have” tactic to a “must have” client strategy. In the process, we filled key positions in the roles of Strategy, Operations, and Integration. Through the first half of the year, we experienced a double-digit percentage lift in number of campaigns delivered, and a triple-digit percentage lift in deal-size by revenue compared to 2016. Into 2018, TMA is well-positioned to accelerate 2017’s momentum as a recognized best-in-class Omnicom capability, and increase our visibility as an industry leader, driven by expansive Influencer community relationships, actionable proprietary and syndicated data, and the finest human expertise.
