He considers it an investment in innovative thinking.
“One of my biggest concerns is how to sustain a people-and -culture-first organization when the rest of the business world seems to care less and less about either,” Ray told the Dallas Morning News. “Companies are doing whatever it takes to get that bottom line. People and culture are way down their lists. I’m doing the opposite.”
