What is one thing you wish more people knew about you? I love to write and paint.
What’s your guilty pleasure? Chicken flavored instant ramen.
What’s your hobby or passion project outside of TMA? Je Suis entrain d’appredre le Français.
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on? Negotiating and email composition. Why… what have you heard?
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from? “Get it in writing.” – Danisha Simon
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day? Blaring a podcast while dodging tourists and street meat vendors on my walk home.
What three words would your closest friends use to describe you? Strong, Self-assured, Creative.
What’s a trip that changed you and why? Earlier this year, I was lucky enough to spend 10 days in Kyoto and Tokyo. This trip permanently altered my perspective on thoughtfulness, food, artistry, and public transit.
What led you to this career/industry? Following a string of amazing people in my life and a curiosity of what goes on behind the scenes. I’m very passionate about promoting inclusion and diversity in the entertainment industry, which I consider a truly amazing part of this job.
What trend do you hope makes a comeback? Idk, but I’m ready for people to stop flossing.
Favorite form of live entertainment? Classical musicians playing for tips.
What are you watching? Succession despite hating all of the characters. No spoilers though, I’m still in the first season.
What are you listening to? Masego
What are you reading? I have bookmarks in at least three but I’m currently splitting time between “She Has Her Mother’s Laugh: The Powers, Perversions and Potential of Heredity” and “Dope Sick.”
What are you ignoring? The voice in my head telling me to get bangs.
Who are you following? Too many astrology accounts.
What trip are you planning? Miami for Art Basel.
Madeline Wilson works on TMA’s Celebrity Talent Acquisition team, casting and signing celebrities for beauty brands. She originally hails from the great State of Texas (where she started at TMA in the Dallas office), but now resides in New York City in the cutest sixth floor walkup money could rent and sits in the TMA NYC office.
