Last week a new golden stand ard for integrated social campaigns was born. Using YouTube as a platform to respond to questions and  comments from Facebook and  Twitter, the Old Spice guy ┬ábegan directly speaking to celebrities and  fans. The kicker? It was in real time. Out of all the videos, the best include a   proposal and  a final sign off to   everyone.

  eBay Launches New iPhone app
Continuing in it’s push to dominate mobile commerce, eBay released a companion iPhone app for its niche site eBay fashion. The application allows users to browse, buy, and  virtually try on clothes. The app also includes access to eBay’s Fashion Vault, a Gilt-competitor that offers designer items at affordable prices. With clothes being the number 1 seller on eBay, the application is sure to be a hit.

  Forecast Predicts Double Digit Growth for Online Ad Spending
eMarketer released a forecast for 2010 that online ad budgets will increase 11.9% in 2010, with worldwide spending reaching $61.9 billion. Compared to 2009 where spending only increased 2%, this is a welcome change. Overall, the report is bullish on the prospects of ad expenditures and  expects spending to reach $96.8 billion by 2014.
