SMU’s Temerlin Advertising Institute’s faculty stopped by TMA last week for their end of summer retreat. The group of 12 joined TMA experts in extensive discussion around industry trends, preparing college students for agency life, and TMA case studies.
TMA founder and CEO Ray Clark, a proud SMU alum, kicked off the day by talking with the faculty about the state of advertising agencies and where he sees TMA and other agencies heading in the ever-evolving world.
A group of TMA’ers showed the SMU faculty a time-honored TMA tradition – In Tha’ Know. The Pecha Kucha portion of the presentation got the faculty thinking to try and keep up with the fast moving presentation. Of course, we sent them on their way with every link, video and piece of the presentation.
The faculty continued to work the rest of the day out of the TMA offices after lunch at Campisi’s (thanks Steve!) We can’t forget to say thank you for coming by TMA! It was a great day of growth, learning and discussion! See you all again soon!
