The TMAX team introduced new interactive elements in 2013, including custom State Farm brand ed driving pods & racing game, a holographic information guide, and a giant 70” iPhone that allows consumers to experience State Farm’s mobile apps.
TMA Talent team secured three athlete appearances that drew large crowds to the space, while the “Better State Crew” offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate to attendees.
With improved interactive elements and Better State Crew integration, TMAX team was able to double the number of survey registrations in 2013 vs 2012 at the three largest auto shows: Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington DC.
